I usually adore quest bars alone (or zapped in the microwave for 20 seconds to create a gooey cookie!) but today I thought I would try something different. I ordered a few boxes of the bars and thought I would try something a little different with them today (and in the Australian heat, something a little cool!)
So here it is!
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons organic smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of mixed berries (I used frozen)
- 1 white chocolate raspberry Quest protein bar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Method:
- Break the Quest bar into small pieces with your hands and place in a bowl. Add the almond milk and place in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stop and stir. Continue microwaving and stirring until you are left with a paste like consistency.
- Heat the peanut butter in a separate dish for 15 seconds or until it is runny. Add the peanut butter to the quest paste and stir until combined through. Leave mixture aside.
- Blend the mixed berries together in a blender or using a small hand mixer.
- Spoon half the quest paste into the mixed berries and stir through.
- Take the rest of the mixture and spoon into silicon cupcake cases. Then top with the mixed berry mixture. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before consuming.
There you have it! A protein cup that tastes delicious!

this looks so amazingly good! Its a shame i cant get quests bars here :c
I ordered mine online from the U.S. Website – just ordered bulk to make the shipping worth it.
yeah it sucks since shipping is 15$ :c but if i was to order more customs would charge me alot… Usually if i order something that costs below 30$ i can avoid it but as soon as i pass that they charge ._. stooped customs
